Little Miracles is licensed by the State of North Dakota as a child care center. We also have a Pediatric Therapy Clinic fully staffed with experienced physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists. Offering inclusive, engaging childcare AND premier pediatric therapy sets us apart as the most comprehensive childcare provider in our region.
We provide a warm, inviting atmosphere with lots of TLC for all children. Our children thrive in a structured environment, plenty of stimulating activities, and just plain fun! The children attending Little Miracles childcare also benefit from being surrounded by a very diverse group of children. Typically, developing children grow to be very compassionate towards their differently-abled playmates, who in turn benefit from experiences shared with their age-matched peers!

Free Developmental Screenings
Our therapists are fully engaged in helping children reach their full potential. Children can come to the Pediatric Therapy Clinic for their appointments if they do not attend our childcare center, or children who attend our childcare center can receive therapy services in a familiar environment during their day - our therapists travel right to the childcare center to provide treatment!
We offer flexible scheduling, a clean and safe environment, and virtual therapy sessions for those not comfortable traveling to the clinic amidst the pandemic. Little Miracles Pediatric Therapy is pleased to offer FREE screening for all areas of development, call us today!
