Tammy L. Sayler, PT, MPT
Tammy graduated from University of North Dakota in 1997 with a Master's in Physical Therapy. She has been a pediatric physical therapist for over 20 years, providing inpatient, outpatient, and home-based services. She is certified in Astym® regenerative medicine treatment. In order to comprehensively serve children and families, Tammy opened Little Miracles Pediatric Therapy and Child Care Center in 2006.

Travis
PTA, Physical Therapist Assistant
Travis graduated from Northland Community and Technical College in 2007 with a Health and Fitness Specialist degree and in 2009 as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Prior to joining the Little Miracles team in March 2016, he worked with both adult and pediatric patients in a variety of settings including outpatient, inpatient, home health and school. Travis has a passion for working with children of all ages and abilities with training in pediatric kinesio taping.
Katelynn
PTA, Physical Therapist Assistant
Katelynn graduated from Northland Community and Technical College in 2025 with her A.A.S in Physical Therapist Assistant. Prior to joining the Little Miracles team in June of 2025 she worked as a float/ assistant teacher for fours years in a daycare setting with children of all ages and abilities. Katelynn has experience in Acute Care, Outpatient Orthopedics, and Sensory Integrative Physical Therapy from her various clinical placements completed during school.
