Kelli Roche

Kelli Roche, COTA 
Clinical Services Coordinator 

Kelli graduated from Northland Community and Technical College in 2010 from the Occupational Therapy Assistant Program and joined Little Miracles, Inc.'s therapy team in January of 2011. Kelli is certified in the Alert Program, which teaches children how to self-regulate. Kelli also enjoys leading social skills groups with preschool and school-age children.

Nikki Kieffer

Nikki Kieffer, MOTR/L

Nikki has been working at Little Miracles, Inc., since June 2010. She has advanced training in feeding including bottle feedings, transitioning to solids, picky eaters, autism, transitioning of g-tubes, and oral motor weakness. Additional training includes sensory integration disorders, social skills training, and basic NDT for children ages birth to 5.

Kayla Borszich, OTR/L

Kayla graduated from UND In 2011 with her Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy. Prior to starting at Little Miracles in January of 2014, she worked with both adult and pediatric patients in a variety of settings including outpatient, inpatient, and the school. She has a passion for working with children of all ages and abilities. Her area of interest include sensory integration, emotional regulation, social skill development, and developmental and physical disabilities.

Amber Brown, MOTR/L

Amber received her Masters of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of North Dakota in 2016. Her previous pediatric experience includes early intervention and partial hospitalization for children and adolescents. In addition, she has experience with adult and geriatric populations in inpatient rehabilitation and partial hospitalization. Amber's professional interests include sensory processing, reflex integration, feeding, social skills, and self-regulation.
